Scope: Applies to all purchases of Tonsoriam products ordered through our official website.

  • Refund/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return/refund unless otherwise authorized.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Notification means sending an email to tonsoriam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Condition: Products must be returned in the condition received: unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products (serums, cleansers) are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.

  • Proof: Provide photos or other evidence if the product was damaged or not as described.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Email tonsoriam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include: order number, name, reason for return, and photos if damaged or defective.

  • Our customer support will review and respond within 24–48 business hours with return authorization or next steps.

  • If a return is approved, we will provide an RMA (return authorization) and return shipping instructions.

  • Ship the item back following our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on the payment provider.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or product defect), we will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, email tonsoriam@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic items (unless defective), items without original packaging, and items returned outside the 7-day notification window are non-returnable.
