Shipping Policy

At Tonsoriam, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably — no matter where in the world you are. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping options, international delivery, and other important details.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Destinations

  • We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Orders can be delivered to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and other international destinations.

  • We do not ship to countries restricted by international trade laws, embargoed territories, or destinations where carriers cannot deliver.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States: 7–8 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 8–12 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 10–15 business days

  • Australia & Oceania: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 12–20 business days (depending on local postal service and customs)

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and carrier rates.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping on orders above a certain amount). These offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress until delivery.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees upon delivery.

  • Tonsoriam has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please check with your local customs office.


7. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to:

    • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

    • Carrier delays or service interruptions

    • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or global events (e.g., pandemics, strikes, etc.)

  • Tonsoriam is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, your building manager, or local postal office.

  • If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, Tonsoriam is not responsible. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at tonsoriam@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the package and product, so we can investigate and provide a solution (replacement or refund where applicable).


9. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout.

  • Tonsoriam is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If you realize you entered the wrong address, email us at tonsoriam@gmail.com immediately. If the order has not been processed yet, we will update it. Once an order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible.


10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
